Emery Medical Center is a family practice and urgent care clinic in Castle Dale, Utah. Emery Medical Center is staffed with a full-time physician and three In addition to family health, Emery Medical offers women’s health, occupational medicine and physical therapy.

Richard J. Donaldson, D.O.
Dr. Richard Donaldson attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV after attending BYU in Provo, UT. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX. He is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Donaldson has been practicing at the Emery Medical Center for five years. He is also the Medical Director at Emery County Care and Rehab as well as the Elements Wilderness Program.
Dr. Donaldson enjoys spending time with his family, and he loves being outdoors.
Gabriel Sermon, PA-C
Gabriel J. Sermon attended Towson University, in Towson, MD after attending University of Utah, in Salt Lake City, UT. Gabriel brings 10 years of experience to Emery Medical Center. Gabriel joined our team after 2 years at Tri-City Medical

Ingrid Olsen, PA-C
Ingrid Olsen attended the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona after attending the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ingrid brings nine years of experience to Emery Medical Center. Ingrid joined our team after seven years in Price, Utah. Ingrid specializes in Women's Health and Family Medicine.
Education: University of Utah Physical Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah; Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona.

Personal: Ingrid enjoys outdoor activities, volleyball, and spending time with family.
Dalen Johnson, NP-C
Dalen Johnson is a local nurse practitioner, born in Moab and raised in Emery County. He currently resides in Huntington with his wife and four children. He started his education in Price at the College of Eastern Utah, where he met his wife, Tiffany. He then continued his schooling at Utah Valley University in Orem, and then finished his degree at the University of Utah. During this time he worked full time at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center as an RN in the Cardiac ICU and cardiac catheterization lab for eight years. His goal all along was to get back to the Carbon and Emery county area. After graduation he had the opportunity to work at Carbon Medical Service in East Carbon and Helper doing family practice. He worked there for five years and enjoyed his time there. In 2015, he was given the opportunity to work with Dr. Beecher in his busy pain management clinic. Working with Dr. Beecher, he has access to many different procedures, treatments and medication to help reduce pain and keep people more active, independent and happy. Dalen also works in occupation medicine Dr. Beecher’s practice, at Workpoint.

If you should experience an emergency after business hours please call Castleview Hospital's main number at (435) 637-6734 and your call will be promptly answered and responded to, or go to the Emergency Department at Castleview Hospital.
Insurance / Billing
Emery Medical Center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Champus, BlueCross/BlueShield, Educators, PEHP, IBEW, Beechstreet, United Health Care, Cigna, Wise, Altius, and most other Insurance Plans.
We will gladly file your insurance for you. However, we request your portion (co-payment, deductible, or co-insurance) be paid at the time services are rendered. These payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
